Okra, onion, bell peppers, celery and a tiny bit of tomato sautéed with shrimp and crabs into a thick brown Creole soup – served over rice
Bourbon Glazed Salmon:
Fresh Salmon Filet, marinated in a Sweet Bourbon Sauce Pan Seared and Oven Roasted.
Served with a side of Spicy Cajun Seafood Jambalaya.
Pecan Praline Cheesecake:
Taught to our Executive Chef on an excursion to New Orleans, this cheesecake is topped with a special caramel mix and pecans.
