If Downtown Dollars (paper bills) are collected, simply drop by our office at 160B Queen  Street Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 4:00pm and we can write you a cheque for equal value within 2 business days. If you prefer to mail them, we can reimburse you within one week. *Holiday and weather restrictions may apply.
