Merchant Information: How to redeem Downtown Charlottetown Gift Cards

Downtown Charlottetown Gift Cards are automatically redeemed to participating merchants who are located in the BIA.


If Downtown Dollars (paper bills) are collected, simply drop by our office at 160B Queen  Street Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 4:00pm and we can write you a cheque for equal value within 2 business days. If you prefer to mail them, we can reimburse you within one week. *Holiday and weather restrictions may apply.
